I did not increase my height this week

I'm used to growing every other week at this point.  Still 5'9 1/2" and my nose is still up to 5'4 1/4".  Here's last weeks pictures: Bone Length Increase|Two Months Two Weeks In.

Fibular epicondyle to tibial tuberosity was about 16" and tibial epicondyle to tibial condyle was about 16" up about 1/4" from last week.

  1. Has the growth so far come from the ankles or shins?

  2. Hi i'm just curious, how did something go up about 1/4" from last week without you gaining height?

Also, are you consistently measuring yourself at 5'9.5" or is it fluctuating?

  3. I have been doing LSJL for about 3 weeks now and I've been wondering how much weight you're using now. Is it still 65 pounds or have you moved up?

  4. Please start measuring from the same place on the knee. How hard could it be? Compare these results with your previous ones: http://thequestforheight.blogspot.com/2010/04/results-for-lateral-synovial-joint.html
The measuring started about 2" upwards, particularly on the 2nd picture. im sorry to say this but it is too obvious now.

  5. I'm consistently 5'9 1/2". The growth should be coming from both the ankles and shins.

I am using 70lbs dumbells now.

I switched to using a new measurement scale during one of the weeks where I didn't get a change in my height. I'm pretty consistent now. The tape in the picture should be going to 16 3/4" but really my tibial length in that picture is 16 1/4".

And really once I get more results, the photos will be proof enough regardless of what I say the tape measurer says.

  8. Hi there, new to LSJL. Not sure if I'm following correctly, but to perform the exercises @ home with dumbbells...does one simply just need to apply pressure to the epiphysis?

Can you make a routine, detailing weight of the dumbbells, which area is targeted, and the duration?

  9. please everyone, TEST LSJL, experimenters are needed

  10. There are some other people performing LSJL that I am in contact with. LSJL should work indefinitely dependent on your ability to get new stem cells to the growth plate line and then differentiating into chondrocytes, etc.

One needs to apply pressure to epiphysis, pressure to the articular cartilage, and cause trabecular microfractures.

This may all be caused by lateral loading of the epiphysis but tapping of end of the bone may aid in causing trabecular microfractures.

  12. Could you please send us a video showing how to tape the end of the bone please?
What do you think of the sky's shinbone routine using a lot of weight with a lever hoist?
I think it will be efficient to use the sky's shin bone routine with microfractures by kicking a sand-bag added with LSJL ...
