I increased my height by another 1/4" thanks to LSJL

Here's my previous progress: Bone Length|One Month + One Week In

My fibular measurement was about 15 1/2" and my tibial measurement was about 13 3/4".  I measured myself on the wall and sure enough I was 5'9".  I'm getting better and better at performing Lateral Synovial Joint Loading.  I'm much better now at maximizing the load on the epiphysis of my long bones.  Those of you who are trying the routine keep with it and you will get better.  Performing LSJL is a neurological task, you need to practice to get better at the targeting laterally the epiphysis of your long bones.

I'm doing 30 seconds adductor, abductor, 30 seconds both side of knee + 30 seconds both side of ankle.  I'm also tapping all the epiphysis of long bones I can for 30 taps each.  I'm not sure exactly what out of those is causing the height gain.  Increasing height is a field where if you miss by an inch you miss by a mile, the gap between 5'8 1/2" and 5'9" seems like a long place.  Basically, I'm saying it's very hard to increase height by posture unless your head is tilted forward.

Time to keep going until I gain enough height where it's proof.

  1. That's awesome!! You're gaining height at breakneck speed!! Hey are you using the dumbbells to do this or are you using the machines? Also, how active is your lifestyle are you working out as well? or are the LSJL the only type of exercise you do? THanks!

  2. I'm doing dumbells, machines, and tapping. My lifestyle is very active as I am also working on improving my spinal alignment and periosteal width. I do other forms of heavy weight lifting.

  3. I can actually not see any increase in your pictures. It seems to me as if you have only measured a bit higher on the knee in your more recent picture.

  5. I've considered that I might be just measuring a little bit higher on my knee but I verified it with a wall height increase. And I can't go back in time to measure it exactly the same way but the solution is simple keep posting more results. If I am just moving the ruler up the knee then I will eventually run out of room.

  6. erm jus a silly question here. Were there any differences in environment such as day activities, measurements methods and timing when u measured yourself the previous times? Otherwise, i would consider it a success. Also, may i know how you measured yourself against the wall? Thanks
