Here's the pictures from only six days ago: Bone Length | One Month In. My fibular measurement was about 15. My tibial measurement was about 13 1/4. Here's the latest pictures:
Fibular measurement was about 15 1/4" and Tibial measurement was about 13 1/2". I measured my height on the wall and I was 5'8 3/4". You can click on the pictures to enlarge and you can see the numbers on the ruler to evaluate my measuring abilities.
well done and congratulations. ur the man. now that you proved lsjl works, i'll start this routine soon.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. By the way, I have an idea of how we can measure height increase more accurately. Mark two places that are a certain distance apart on the place you are trying to elongate, for example the legs. If height increase in that area occurs, the distance between the two marked points should increase (we obviously should remark them at the exact same place if they start to fade). However, I do not know if this works since I did not experience any recent growth.
ReplyDeleteHey just wondering, how often do you perform the lsjl exercises? Once a day for like 4 reps at 60 secs each?
ReplyDeleteI do it about 5 days a week. 30 seconds each side in all the places in the pics in the sidebar under experimental lateral synovial joint loading routine. I also do hip abductor/adductor. Then I do 30 taps at the epiphyseal ends of each bone.
ReplyDeleteIf you're not getting results focus on your ankles as it's hard to mess up there and there's no ligament in the way. Try pressing down harder with the dumbell.
have you seen an increase in hip width aswell knee width in relation to lsjl
DeleteWhen you say tapping how hard are we talking about and what do you tap it with? I think doing these exercise right before bed will be most effective what do you think?
ReplyDeleteI tap it with a 10 lbs dumbell and I tap it as hard as possible. Time of day you perform the exercise shouldn't matter.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your height success, and breakthrough for hi! It shows that you really put the time forth in experiment and research. Thank you for sharing this. I have a long torso, so I am doing the easyheight thing....I guess at this point, and your research has really opened my eyes to the fact, that it may benefit in cartilage growth only. The story about Juan is really encouraging. I mean to gain an inch in pure cartilage below the knee is huge! I'm taking gluco/chondro pills and keep the calcium and vitamin D intake up. I have read all your posts....multiple times : ) and hope that your refined method along w/ some cartilage growth could result in at least two inches in the legs. I apologize about the lengthy entry, but do you think LSJL would result in increased length in the femur bone? Thank you so much for this blog, your time and efforts....good luck to you and I am determined to reach my goal. I would be willing to help with your experiments and I will definitely post results as they come.
ReplyDeleteYeah I do length LSJL could result in an increased length in the femur bone. I am constantly refining my technique. It's just 65lbs on the ankle is a lot more relative force than 65lbs on the knee.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely would need to put more force on the knee. I am 5'7" and I guess muscular a bit/thicker boned, so I may have to use more weight than an average guy. Your success came with 65lbs? It sounds like the height increase came solely from shinbones, yes? And how much weight would you use on your knee vs ankle to increase the success of femur growth as well?
